Ceramic Bootcamp: Two day workshop

Ceramic Bootcamp Duration: 2 classes x 2.5 hours each   Cost: $159

Build a strong foundation in ceramics with our 5-hour Pottery Intensive offered over two visits. This workshop is designed for beginners and will give you the skills and confidence to become a member of a 24hr Pottery studio or to dive into the world of ceramics on your own. Your adventure starts here!

COST INCLUDES ALL MATERIALS, FIRINGS, AND GLAZING OF PIECES CREATED DURING CLASS - NO SURPRISE FEES OR ADD-ONS.

Throughout the session, you will explore:

• Wheel throwing
• Trimming and carving leather-hard pieces
• Adding handles and decorative details
• Hand-building serving dishes, sushi trays, and small sculptures
• Applying glazing and underglazes and walking through the firing process
• Working with different clay bodies and glaze options

Each participant will receive a pottery workbook to document their process and creative ideas.

To wrap up your experience, you will select from a range of studio glaze colors. Our team will glaze and fire your pieces, and they will be ready for pickup three weeks after class.
